Meeting was brought to order by Commodore Gary Garnett.  Key Agenda items:

• Minutes of the Jan 10, 2015 Board Mtg were approved.
• The Financial Report was approved.
• New, larger Membership ID tags were distributed.
• Ship’s Store items were available for sale.
• The Lighthouse Regatta Trophy Wheel was presented.
• The completely new, revised website was introduced by Rudy Hernandez of Big Splash Web Design and WYC Webmaster Pedro Filipowsky.
• A motion was passed to eliminate the necessity of members having to submit hard-copy applications when renewing their membership now that all the iinformation can be submitted on the website.
• A special “Above and Beyond” Honorary Award was presented to Jeff Hardy for his many acts of kindness toward fellow members in distress the past year.
• Details were provided of the Annual Commodore’s Ball by Bryan Fitzpatrick.
• The new slate of Officers and Directors was voted in.
• The 2015 Commodore Flags were presented to the newly elected Executive Board by Gary Garnett.
