This year there will be three different classes of boats.  Pavilion B will serve as the boat yard, basic boat kits (boat on left, free while supplies last) and tools are provided. The races will be between two nearby piers.  Prizes will be awarded to the winners in each class.  This a family event, so bring the children and grandchildren.  Hefty snacks will be served.

Children Class:  the basic boat kit is assembled, sailed, etc by kids (minimum adult assistance).

Adult Class: the basic boat kit.

Custom Class: Your own design, kit, or model, (pre-assembled).  Entry rule – 24″ length or less, hull and masts are made of wood, and the boat is powered by only sail.

4:00pm – The boat kit purchases start with 75 minutes for assembly which amounts to just some easy cutting, taping, sanding, and decoration.

5:15pm – The first races begin, multiple heats as needed, followed by the awards.
