Speaker: Philip Kropf (TMCA) Seminar Description

Many boaters who are new to our area, and even some who have been here for awhile, have no idea how many really great boater destinations there are all around Galveston Bay and beyond! This seminar, presented by a long-time member and a past officer of Texas Mariners Cruising Association, the area’s most active cruising organization, will photographically give you the flavor of most of these destinations, and also provide some basic information on how to safely navigate to them. It is for both sailboaters and powerboaters alike, of all skill levels, and for anyone who would like to be a bit more adventurous than just day-sailing or motoring out to the ship channel and back! The many benefits of cruising to these destinations with an organization like TMCA will also be discussed.
