Former WYC Commodore Robert Donley has made special arrangements for a private Port of Houston tour cruise plus a Project 11 Port expansion plan presentation.  We’ll board the tour boat at the Port’s turning basin location of 7300 Clinton Dr.  Minimum attendance is 40 so feel free to bring guests.
