Dinghy Run – Our little boats made a successful run across the lake and took over the dock at Boondoggles. Fifteen members and guests played one hand of poker which Commodore Steve’s nephew Bill won and received a beer stein for future hydration. After appetizers and pizza we went back under (or over) Nasa Rd 1 to another locale, Sammy G’s (bar and grill). The report from Sammy’s is good dinghy dock, nice patio view, and tasty Bushwhacker beverages.

Volunteers: Let’s think about 2025. WYC needs a few good yachties to help keep the club going. It only takes some imagination and a few hours a month to make a big difference. Several board positions are available so contact Steve Nolin or Daven Voorhies at commodore@waterfordyc.com or fleetcaptain@waterfordyc.com for more information.
