Theme:  Pirates, Wench’s and Rum Drinks

Join us for an evening of Rum drinks, Pirate talk and Boat people getting together to have fun!

A selection of Boat Drinks (Happy Hour Prices) and appetizers will be offered from 5:30 to 8 at Railean’s Buccaneer Bar.  The store will be open as well if you would like to purchase a bottle or 2 of your favorite spirits.  The Distillery is owned and operated by our very own Club members, Matt and Kelly Railean.

Attire: Pirate / Wench casual  (Boater wear if preferred)

There will be a competition (with Prizes) for the best Pirate talk and Wench outfit, a 50/50 drawing, and updates on the upcoming WYC events.

The weather was hot and the drinks were cold for WYC August Pirate / Wench social at Raileans Buccaneer bar.
30+ pirate and wench’s rolled into the pirate themed bar with half dressed in Pirate and wench wear and others wearing bandannas and an eye patch.
“Talk like a pirate Rum Punch” was the drink of the night as well the complete menu of Railean rum infused boat drinks.
The “talk like a Pirate” and contest was won by Rich “Skipper Dick” Lewis and the Pirate wench contest was a tough decision with great outfits by the participants at the end, the crowd decided that Jacqui Irwin was “wench of the night”.

WYC had a great evening and would like send out a thank you to Kelly and Matt Railean for their hospitality.
