Raft-Up – Fleet Captain Elfie Boersma lead the way as several boats made the voyage north to the HYC little Shell Beach. Some tied up to the anchor boat, thank you Tony and Karen Townsend, while others waved ‘ahoy’ as they passed by. Weather blew in, but there were no problems, everyone managed the unfavorable bay conditions successfully.

Happy Hour Party – Members drove to Marais restaurant in Dickinson, relaxed and had a beverage or two and then stopped by the Gordon’s Dickinson residence for more beverages and relaxation. Thank you Simone and Michael, life on the bayou is grand!
One if by Land Two if by Sea Party – Fleet Captain Elfie Boersma arranged an afternoon at Pier 6 in San Leon for us. While she and husband Bill Adams were cruising inland waterways, Tony and Karen Townsend hosted the gathering. Several members anchored or docked their boats nearby while others parked their land yachts. The food, especially the oysters, were great; and the restaurant bay view is one of the best.
