Waterford Yacht Club held their annual Railean Rum Tour on Saturday, March 12th at the Distillery of Kelly Railean, prior WYC Social Director. Matt was there to help. It was a beautiful day for a tour.  Kelly started the process just before we arrived and talked us through each step.

 

The most important part of the tour was the tasting.  We were able to taste all three Rums, the new Agave, and the super secret aged Agave.
